While it is recognised that corporate values are critical to mission fulfilment and attainment of business objectives, many companies are beginning to realise that imposinig, demanding or legislating values doesn't produce the desired results. Rather, what is needed is to align corporate values with the values held by personnel ~ to integrate the deepest levels of individual motivation with corporate intent.
Values are motivators. They are the drive behind all behaviour. The problem is that each individual is only truly motivated by their own values, not someone else's nor those espoused by a company or organisation. The challenge is to find a way to align personal motivation (individual values) with corporate/group values. Then the individuals working within any corporation are deeply, personally, motivated to fulfil the group's objectives.
This two day program provides the basis for that alignment, including a structure for on-going integration of new personnel. More specific and individual alignment and coaching programs are also available.
