Covering many aspects of traditional and Ericksonian hypnosis, this training is designed to be of use for both novices to the world of hypnosis, and those people who are wanting to apply more hypnotic techniques, processes and principles to their living; both peronally and professionally.

*Myths and misunderstandings about hypnosis
*Traditional trance induction's and applications
*Self -hypnosis
*Ericksonian / utilisation approaches
*Metaphor structure and construction
*Designing and delivering personalised responses and strategies for self and/or clients
*Applications to health, self-esteem, well-being, learning, performance, and creativity
*Using hypnosis to support growth and change in the future
The three days will contain a great deal of experiment, process, and experiential learning, with the intention of having participants come away from training with tools and principles that will be of practical and continuing use in their lives.
Geoff and Mahni have developed this training based on their learning, teaching, and work with clients for more than 30 years. First presented in Japan, this Hypnosis training met with an enthusiastic response and great results.
