Neuro Linguistic Programming ~ NLP ~ is an explicit and powerful model of human experience and communication. It provides simple yet powerful methods for changing behaviour and producing results. TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
This professional certification training provides all the information and technique you require to be effective in using NLP personally and professionally.
It is designed to install competence and confidence in the primary elements of NLP, as well as encouraging attitudes of curiosity, respect and flexibility. It is outstanding for its synthesis of NLP theory and method with profound understanding of the dynamics of human being.
It focuses on change through learning ~ drawing on the special skill Geoff Dugan has developed using NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Time Line and work with values in personal counselling for many years.
The training includes specific applications for personal development, education, negotiation, sales, business, motivation and achievement.
Structured to ensure that you fully integrate the powerful skills you learn, its format includes training segments with time between for tasking, practise and application. Training sessions include theory and practical work, feedback on tasking and assessment.
A comprehensive training manual and all training materials are supplied.
TRAINING CONTENT:

• Access the unconscious mind and develop your hidden potential ~ discover the structure of intuition.
• Design well-formed outcomes and know how to achieve them
• Discover your Values - what is most important to you ~ and how to use them to accelerate achievement and enhance personal and professional satisfaction.
• Resolve internal conflicts using parts integration, values integration and behavioural congruence.

PREREQUISITES & CERTIFICATION
There are no formal prerequisites. It is strongly recommended, however, that before starting the training you read Magic of NLP Demystified, by Byron Lewis and Frank Pucelik, and at least some books by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
This training meets, and in some areas considerably exceeds, internationally recognised standards for certification.
INLPTA Certification will be awarded based on evaluation of your successful completion of the course which includes a written assessment and demonstration of behavioural competence. You will be tasked individually, appropriate to your needs, in order to meet the certification requirements and standards.
